About Josh
Josh Charles grew up in a small country town in northern Idaho. After leaving home, he followed his dream of being a professional snowboarder in Washington State. Then, retiring from competitive snowboarding a few years later, he embraced his new love for adventure and travel. Josh started working in marketing and sales for major resort brands like Hilton and Wyndham while traveling the world. He lived and worked in exotic locations from Australia, New Zealand, and the Islands of Hawaii eventually settling in Park City Utah. Focused on business, he developed a track record of success and always being a top performer. Now Josh is working with Keller Williams in Park City at Utah Adventure Realty. His mission in Real Estate is to help people realize their dreams of owning ski-in ski-out resort-style investment properties or homes. Volunteering with Park City affordable housing in his spare time, he is also helping people find affordable homeownership and achieve the lifestyle of living full-time in a resort town. Originally, Josh moved to Park City because of the access to the backcountry for skiing with a parachute. He soon fell in love with the outdoor lifestyle that Park City is known for and met his wife Madeleine, a fellow snow enthusiast. They are now building an adventure family in the best place in the world.
