This area contains a giant diversity in ski homes and condos as well.  They range from the best price per square foot of under $1000 pr sqft in the Canyons Village to over $3000 pr sqft in the exclusive private gated community called The Colony.


In the Canyons Village, there are over twenty different developments to choose from.  In some of the lower developments, you get the best “bang for the buck” in the area for people looking for their first vacation condo.  You can get into a studio ski condo for around 400K in a few different developments like the new Yotel Pad, Silverado, or Westgate.   If your tastes are more high-end, Apex or Pendry are new and more contemporary.  There are also major hotel brands like The Hyatt and Waldorf Astoria which have hotel units and private ownership.  Wyndham, Wordmark, and Hilton offer timeshare.  The Lodge at Westgate has timeshares, rentals, and full ownership.  If that isn’t too many options already, The Grand Summit is arguably the best piece of real estate in the village and is only a fractional ownership resort.  There is something for everyone and their specific wants and needs.

Traveling from the SLC International Airport, you can be at the Canyons Village in just over 30 minutes.  This makes Canyons Ski Resort one of the easiest resorts to access from an international airport in the world!  You hop on Interstate 80 at the airport and take one turn on Highway 223.  This takes you right to the base of the resort.
