Deer Crest
Homes in Deer Crest are large luxury homes in a gated community that offer unparalleled ski-in and ski-out access from your doorstep. Ideally situated above The Jordanelle Reservoir, panoramic expansive views and private luxury are what you are paying for. A more isolated feeling than the rest of Deer Valley. These massive luxury homes are usually between eight thousand square feet to over thirteen thousand square feet. Some homes have amenities such as golf rooms, private home theatres, outdoor spas, and fully stocked home gyms.
Deer Valley is the place to live if you want luxury and convenience. World-class skiing in the winter coupled with amazing mountain biking, hiking, and open-air concerts in the summer. Keep in mind, Deer Valley is ski-only, so if you have snowboarders in your family you may want to check out Park City or The Canyons Village. How far is Deer Valley from the Airport?
Deer Valley is just over forty minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. The road is well-kept and maintained. Salt Lake City Airport is a major hub for Delta and is easy to get flights to and from. Heber Valley has another smaller airport that is just thirty minutes away or closer for Deer Crest residents. Homeowners can fly into the Heber Valley Airport via private jet.
Is Deer Valley Ski Only?
Yes, Deer Valley and Alta are two resorts in the area that only allow skiing. Some of the last in the country, however, do not worry. If you have some sideways sliding family members, Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Village are just down the road and host snowboarders.
How is Public Transportation?
There are free shuttles that run all over the Deer Valley Park City area, so if you don’t want to drive you don’t have to. They usually start around seven am and run to around nine or ten pm in the evening. Busses are clean and easy to bring your ski gear on. During the summer you can bring your mountain bikes on the shuttles. If you plan your ride correctly, you can do downhill bike shuttle laps. This place is awesome!
What season pass is Deer Valley on?
Deer Valley has its own pass and is on the IKON pass. The Deer Valley full season pass is over three thousand dollars and if you want to add on the IKON it is almost three thousand five hundred dollars. For now, you can purchase an IKON pass and get seven days at Deer Valley and have access to many other resorts in the area including, Solitude, Brighton, Alta, Snowbird, and Snow Basin. Park City is on the Epic Pass.
